Bird Class Change

The two checkboxes on this form are used to control what actions are taken when the Bird Class is changed on a Pullet Flock. You can choose to select or de-select any combination of the two. If you choose to create a workorder, the values below the checkbox will be used when creating the workorder.

When the Bird Class (Organic / Conventional) gets changed on a Pullet Flock, it is tremendously important that this change is tracked. It is strongly advised that you choose to track the change by automatically creating a workorder. The workorder allows us to have a "to-do list" that gets assigned to the appropriate user. The values you set on this screen will be used to create a workorder whenever the bird class gets changed on a Pullet Flock.

If you do not select a default user, the workorder will be assigned to the person who made the change to the bird class. It is generally best practice to assign the workorder to someone who is a manager level user in the Pullet Flock module. If and when appropriate, the manager can assign that workorder to the appropriate user.
